GIN CREATIONS & CENTRAL COAST DELIGHTS

08.00AM             Departing from Sydney, we travel north via the Freeway to Sydney’s Central Coast Region.  Enroute we will stop for morning tea/coffee refreshments.

Our destination this morning is the unique Distillery Botanica. Independently owned by astute herbalist and master distiller Philip Moore, this delightful distillery is set amongst three acres of tranquil and enchanting garden. Here one of the seasoned team is ready and waiting to guide you through the art of crafting your very own 700ml bottle of gin. You’ll begin amidst the lush greenery of our gin garden, where you'll hand-select herbs and botanicals to infuse into your bespoke gin creation. While your concoction simmers to perfection, immerse yourself in the fascinating world of distillation, delving into the rich history of Distillery Botanica, all while treating your taste buds to an array of delectable snacks and a complimentary tasting. As your gin takes shape, design and print a personalized label to adorn your masterpiece. Before the workshop finishes, indulge in a refreshing G&T crafted with your very own gin. This hands-on and immersive experience offers a unique opportunity to capture a piece of Distillery Botanica to take home with you.

Having no doubt worked up an appetite, it’s time to head to lunch at the picturesque coastal town of Terrigal, famed for its broad golden sand beach, tranquil lagoon, and seaside vibe.  At your restaurant overlooking the rolling waves, we will enjoy a 2-course lunch from the a-la-carte menu with a glass of beer wine or soft drink.  

Time after lunch to stretch the legs for a stroll along the Norfolk pine-lined Esplanade and rejoin your guide and vehicle as we commence our return drive to Sydney.  A final stop at the Chocolate Factory is available before we return via the freeway to Sydney and your hotel, arrivingat approximately 4.00pm

Inclusions: Private touring as per itinerary, Morning Tea Refreshments, Distillery Botanica Private Gin Making Class, 2 course lunch with one beverage of choice at waterfront restaurant, and bottled water on board

Departures: Daily Wednesday - Sunday from Sydney City Hotels. Recommended pick up at 08.45am and returns to
hotels at approximately 4:30-5.00pm. – Monday/Tuesday’s on a request basis.
