We invite you to take a sensory excursion and gain insights into wine making, meet passionate winemakers and enjoy a memorable experience all without the hassle of driving!  Your job is to simply relax and embrace the company of your friends/family as you indulge in fabulous food and Wine!  With over 60 Vineyards and 12 Cellar Doors now is the perfect time to introduce your palette to the broad variety of cool climate wines including Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris & Noir, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.  Allow us to take you to a selection of well established wineries where you will be treated to award winning wines that reflect the wine maker’s individual personalities.   The region is also home to one of the few single malt distilleries in the world to grow their own barley onsite and have naturalspring water.

On your All- Inclusive tour, we spend time at the stunning Centennial Vineyards where we enjoy a guided walk in their Winery Block vineyard. You will see matured Tempranillo vines,
different clones of Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and young Albariño, while being educated on the Southern Highlands climate, terroir and the past years vintages & plantings. Then enjoy a guided wine tasting of the Vineyards wide range of award-winning wines with one of their knowledgeable and friendly team members who will introduce you to the world of wine from the Southern Highlands & Orange. Memories are made over food and the region’s restaurants abound in fresh produce like prize winning beef and lamb, olives, berries, free range dairy and eggs. Lunch today will be 2 course (food only) at one of the regions fine vineyard restaurants Mount Ashby Estate (subject to being open/available.  If not, a comparable alternative will be provided).  Sit around the French farmhouse tables within the restored original dairy and enjoy the views of the vineyard surrounded by grazing dairy cattle whilst enjoying selections from the French inspired paddock to plate Menu. 

The afternoon will include time to explore the picturesque historic village of Berrima and visit a family owned winery who believe in sustainably producing cool-climate grape varieties before commencing our return to Sydney to arrive back approximately 5.00pm.

Your All Inclusive Tour will include Seated Tastings at 3 Boutique Wineries and a 2 course Lunch Food only (Beverages own expense) at Mount Ashby Estate.  (Should this restaurant be unavailable, alternative restaurants would be Bendooley Estate or Centennial Restaurant)
